Which States are you licensed and/or can do business in?
Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, lowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington and West Virginia.

What mortgage programs do you offer?
We offer conforming, subprime, jumbo, commercial, FHA/VA, and many other niche products.

What lenders can I broker loans to?
You will be able to use any lender you desire, if we are not approved with the lender you want, we will get approved. We want to ensure that you have the flexibility to place your loans with lenders you are used to using.

Will I be W-2 Employee or 1099?
HUD requires loan originators to be W-2 employees.

Can I keep my current business name?
No, all branches must do business in the name of American Nationiwide Mortgage.

Do you charge a miscellaneous or monthly fee for accounting etc?
No, ANM does not charge any fee for accounting.

Is there a monthly quota or minimum?
ANM requires Affliliate loan officers and branches to close a minimum of two loans per month.

How often do I get paid?
American Nationwide Mortgage pays its branch associates every Friday.

Who is processing the loan for broker programs?
You are dealing directly with all investors products, pricing and clear conditions for funding. You can process your own loans, hire your own processor or you can hire contract processing.

How long does it take to get approved as a new Branch?
Upon completion of a Branch Application Package, and other required documentation, your application will be reviewed for approval within 2-4 days. Loans can be submitted immediately upon approval.

Who orders appraisals and title work?
Affliliate loan officers are responsible to order appraisals, title work on ANM sub-prime loans is done by corporate office.

Is there an initial setup fee with American Nationwide Mortgage Affliliate loan officer program?
The only fee you pay up-front is $145 application fee.

What type of experience and equipment do I need?
You must have the following experience and equipment /items to setup and run your business with American Nationwide Mortgage.
* Minimum 3 years full-time in mortgage originations
